Terms & Conditions


The sets that you purchase from Cutestuff Designs belong to you and you are free to use them as often as you wish, provided you are using these sets for private use. If you do sell items made with my designs, please do not use free designs given out from out Yahoo Groups mailing list, it is only fair if you're drawing a profit from the item.
Ex: You are a mom who makes her kids' clothes and occasionally sells clothing at fairs and craft shows.

If you own a small operation, you must purchase one set for every employee who sews them. You may do this for up to three employees.
Ex: You run a store for children with custom-made clothing, and fill internet orders as well.

If you are a large company, or have more than three employees who sew, please contact me for the fees to license my designs. I am available at cutestuffdesigns@gmail.com.

Please do not share these designs with your friends or family, or give them away online. They are for your use only. This includes the free designs available from the Yahoo Group; please invite your friends and family to join the group instead! Join here.

Cutestuff Designs remains the copyright holder on all designs you purchase. Please keep in mind that this artwork is how I support myself. Thanks!
